About 's PracticeBonnie Boryca is a member of Erickson | Sederstrom’s litigation group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation, IP and technology litigation, employment matters, and includes work on all aspects of litigation, from discovery to trials to appeals. In addition, Ms. Boryca has experience assisting clients in resolving disputes through mediation and alternative dispute resolution. She has appeared before state and federal courts in Nebraska, state and federal courts in Kansas, state and federal agencies and commissions, and has argued appeals before the Kansas Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
