Amelia J. Holstrom (Full Bio) is a partner with Skoler, Abbott & Presser, P.C., and practices in the firm’s Springfield, Massachusetts office. She joined the firm in 2012. She is a graduate of St. Michael’s College, and received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Western New England University School of Law in 2011.

After graduating from law school, Amelia served as a judicial law clerk to the Judges of the Connecticut Superior Court, where she assisted with complex matters at all stages of litigation.

Marylou V. Fabbo (Full Bio), a partner with Skoler, Abbott & Presser, P.C., joined the firm in 1995 and became a member in 2001. Her practice is concentrated in employment law with an emphasis on employment litigation. She has successfully defended employers in civil actions involving every area of employment law including sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, FMLA, breach of contract, and wrongful discharge. Timothy F. Murphy (Full Bio) is a partner with Skoler, Abbott & Presser, P.C., and practices in the firm’s Springfield, Massachusetts, office. He joined the firm in 2001 and became a member in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, he served as General Counsel to an area labor union, worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Hampden County District Attorney’s Office, and was a litigator for a large defense firm in Springfield. Erica has successfully defended employers in single-plaintiff and class action discrimination, harassment and retaliation litigation, wage and hour litigation, and breach of contract/non-competition litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She has also defended employers, employee benefit plans and benefit plan fiduciaries against a variety of ERISA breach of fiduciary duty, prohibited transaction and benefits claims.
