Delaware firm’s employment law blog tops ABA list
January 2013
Delaware Employment Law Blog received the most votes from readers in the ABA Journal Blawg 100’s Labor and Employment category for 2012. The blog’s editor-in chief Margaret (Molly) DiBianca, drew praise for her “practical and real-world take on the technology issues facing employers—social media, mobile and otherwise.”
DiBianca is an employment law attorney with Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, in Wilmington, which writes and edits Delaware Employment Law Letter. She is a member of Employers Counsel Network and frequently contributes to the newsletter and speaks at BLR events such as the Advanced Employment Issues Symposium.
The Blawg 100 is compiled by the ABA Journal staff and is largely a favorites’ list. Nominations come from ABA Journal readers through their Blawg Amici process. Most are blogs that are regularly updated and contain original content, opinion, and/or analysis.
DiBianca “is not doom and gloom,” the Journal nomination stated. She “offers employers legal info they need to know to make tech work for their employees.” For more information, visit www.abajournal.com/blawg100.
