About Boyd's Practice

Boyd A. Byers, a partner in the law firm Foulston Siefkin LLP, represents employers in all aspects of employment relations. He provides preventive consultation and is experienced in helping employers implement personnel policies and comply with federal, state, and local employment laws. He handles litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, unfair labor practices, non-compete agreements, and other employee relations issues. Mr. Byers has authored numerous articles and is a frequent speaker on employment law matters.

Mr. Byers was named one of the top 40 business and civic leaders in Wichita under age 40 by Wichita Business Journal in 2006. He also received Martindale Hubbell's highest peer review rating (AV) and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for labor and employment law.
