About Boyd's PracticeBoyd A. Byers, a partner in the law firm Foulston Siefkin LLP, represents employers in all aspects of employment relations. He provides preventive consultation and is experienced in helping employers implement personnel policies and comply with federal, state, and local employment laws. He handles litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, unfair labor practices, non-compete agreements, and other employee relations issues. Mr. Byers has authored numerous articles and is a frequent speaker on employment law matters.
